haha, after a few day i went online to check whether i can still take my napfa to avoid the 8 week physical training phase.

online said that if i pass napfa 2 week before my enlistment i can skip the 8 week physical training phrase.wahahaha.

but i'm only with with maximum 3 weeks(estimated) to pass my napfa

so i started training today. today pull up didn't do a lot. muscle was painful when i was pulling. AHHHH. must at least pull 5.

ran 4 round used 10min. last time run 6 round only used 10.40min. HAIX . OLD LIAO!!

hope i can endure running everyday for this 2 week and able to pass my 2.4.

and situp. been doing situp for 2 days. but dunno whether it's gonna work or not. dun have much confident. the only thing that i dunno hw to train is standing board jump. how should i train!!! scared i wun be able to get at least 3 points. maybe playing basketball more often will help:D

the only thing that i dun have to train for is shutter run.wahahaha. 0.1sec faster from my last napfa test then i would have gotten 5 points for this section.

anw this few day have been feeling something weird about my body actually.hope it's just that i'm thinking too much.

since i have already had a medicial checkup last few months and nothing seems to be wrong as far as i know. so i guess i'm just worrying too much.

ok nothing much.

another thing which i have been feeling recently is that i really feel shame for my language. both english and chinese. english getting from worse to worse. chinese i shall be a master of it.but it's also getting worse. or maybe i hasn't be good in writting or reading it.

gonna do something about it. i hope i really did.

and today i think i did something that i never did before in my life ba. or maybe i have forget about it.

nights

Today went out in the morning to collect. 700. little little.

After that went home and then take away macdonald to xl house to pass him games. after a while it started to rain and i can't go home...haha

at about 6pm i thought it's not raining anymore. when i walk out of the house i saw that it's still drizzling. went down to take bus. dun want to get wet so didn't went opposite to take bus.

so i took 179, planned to stop 2 stop later and change to 192/193 but change my mind and continue my ride. i thought it's just a bit further who know. i took 1 hour to reach home from pioneer mall and had a 30 minute bus tour inside NTU.haha. not bad not bad. first time in NTU but a bit suay ah.it's they dismissal and the bus is crowded. oh ya something to mention, after i board 179 for awhile the rain stop... when i was taking bus back from jp. it started to drizzle again. when i alight the rain become heavy once again. in the end i got wet again. but never mind. sometime the feeling walking under the rain is pretty great. today think quite a lot again but then i did nothing again. all thinking but no action.

guess i shall go and sleep already.

went jurong point and walk around with my sister to find micro sd memory card.

but all come with a adapter, the price at other shop are more and more expensive. 1 4 gb micro sd range from 10-50=.=.

oh ya had kfc for lunch & dinner. we ordered 2 set of egg tart as is was only 1 dollar for 2. but we only gt 1 set!!!

have been staying home since my last job is completed, about 2weeks i supposes, or it is already the third week?

The longer i stayed at home the lazier i feel that i am becoming. life at home was wake up in the afternoon open computer, eat first meal, play game , eat second meal , play games, eat third meal, play game again till it passes midnight. and it repeats and repeats.

Starting to once again feel that my life is meaningless, or shall i say that i'm spending my times meaninglessly.

This period of staying home is rather different from before. although i felt bored this time round but i dun feel lonely although most of the time i'm home alone.

Anw last month my sis was hospitalize, so almost went to hospital everyday except the last few day when she's about to discharge. hope she would not need to visit hospital again.

ohya another thing is that my cousin(堂哥）came SG to work. but wasn't able to stay in my house. dun really have a lot of stuff to talk to him actually. but still glad to see him. hope we can make his life here more entertaining, as they work almost 6 day per week and have only a day free.

i guess that all. have nothing in mind.
