Actually i wanted to post about the last few day. but i guess i forget almost everything that i initially wanted to post. So i guess i shall forget about it. the only important is that m army enlistment is on 9june 2011!!!
haha, after a few day i went online to check whether i can still take my napfa to avoid the 8 week physical training phase. online said that if i pass napfa 2 week before my enlistment i can skip the 8 week physical training phrase.wahahaha. but i'm only with with maximum 3 weeks(estimated) to pass my napfa so i started training today. today pull up didn't do a lot. muscle was painful when i was pulling. AHHHH. must at least pull 5. ran 4 round used 10min. last time run 6 round only used 10.40min. HAIX . OLD LIAO!! hope i can endure running everyday for this 2 week and able to pass my 2.4. and situp. been doing situp for 2 days. but dunno whether it's gonna work or not. dun have much confident. the only thing that i dunno hw to train is standing board jump. how should i train!!! scared i wun be able to get at least 3 points. maybe playing basketball more often will help:D the only thing that i dun have to train for is shutter run.wahahaha. 0.1sec faster from my last napfa test then i would have gotten 5 points for this section. anw this few day have been feeling something weird about my body actually.hope it's just that i'm thinking too much. since i have already had a medicial checkup last few months and nothing seems to be wrong as far as i know. so i guess i'm just worrying too much. ok nothing much. another thing which i have been feeling recently is that i really feel shame for my language. both english and chinese. english getting from worse to worse. chinese i shall be a master of it.but it's also getting worse. or maybe i hasn't be good in writting or reading it. haix. gonna do something about it. i hope i really did. and today i think i did something that i never did before in my life ba. or maybe i have forget about it. wahahaha. slowly guess:D nights |
